Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. The following return and refund methods are available for 30 days after the initial purchase date.
Undamaged Items
If you'd like to return an item that arrived in good condition, simply contact us to get started. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and a return address. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos of the issue. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and offer you one of the following options:
- Store credit with a bonus 5% added to your credit balance
- A full refund to your original payment method
- A replacement order shipped to you at no additional cost
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, ship the item back to us at your own cost. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue store credit that you can use toward your new order.
